What I Run at Home
Proxmox Homelab
LXC-only Proxmox stack on an Intel N150 mini PC — no VMs. Docker services run in dedicated Debian LXCs, every compose file lives in a self-hosted Gitea, and container configs are backed up to git nightly.
Media Server Stack
36TB mergerfs pool bind-mounted into Plex with iGPU hardware transcoding, plus full arr automation. Downloads are isolated in their own container behind a VPN tunnel.
Personal Cloud
Immich for photo backup and Nextcloud with full-text search for files, both on a 10TB RAID 1 mirror, exposed securely via Cloudflare Tunnel.
Network Security
UniFi network with zero inbound ports — everything public goes through Cloudflare Tunnels. Download traffic is forced through ProtonVPN WireGuard via gluetun with a built-in killswitch, with CrowdSec and Uptime Kuma watching the edges.
